Our referral service

SoCal Plumbing Connect receives requests and helps connect people with participating plumbing companies serving Los Angeles and Orange counties. Plumb Bee Plumbing is primary; Roger That Plumbing is secondary with separate coverage. This website offers referrals rather than contracting for, performing or warranting plumbing work.

These terms apply to this website and its request form. The form asks you to acknowledge them before submission. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling; it is a notice, not a waiver of your privacy rights.

Using the request form

You must be at least 18 and have authority to request the services described. Supply accurate contact and service details, and submit information only for yourself or with the person’s permission. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for plumbing help. Do not use the site for false requests, harassment, unlawful activity or attempts to access other people’s records.

Saving a request acknowledges receipt only. It does not book an appointment, dispatch a plumber, guarantee a response time or confirm a company’s availability. The plumber confirms the location, scope, scheduling and price directly with you. An AI assistant may help collect or summarize details; check the summary and callback number for accuracy.

Fees and provider relationships

Homeowners are not charged a referral fee by this website. Participating plumbers may pay us for qualified or accepted referrals, which can influence which participating company receives a request. A referral is not a neutral comparison of every plumber in the area.

Plumbing inspections, repairs, installations, materials, permits, warranties and financing are separate arrangements with the company you hire. Obtain a written scope and price and verify that company’s license, insurance and suitability before engaging it. Any company-specific offer is subject to its stated conditions. This website does not collect plumbing-service payments or promise approval for third-party financing.

Contact permission and choices

The request form separately asks permission to share details with both named participating companies so they may call or text about that plumbing request. This permission does not authorize unrelated promotional campaigns. You may withdraw contact permission or request a referral opt-out through Privacy Choices or by emailing plumbbeeplumbing@gmail.com. For messages a plumber has already sent, you may also contact that plumber directly. Carrier charges may apply to calls or texts.

A referral-sharing opt-out or GPC signal blocks the referral form in that browser. You may contact a plumbing company directly without using our referral form.

Urgent conditions

This is not emergency dispatch. For immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility. Do not rely on this form or AI assistant for diagnosing a gas leak, electrical hazard or unsafe condition. If water is causing damage, shut off the supply only if it is safe to do so.

Availability and legal protections

We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete information or a particular referral outcome. Each provider is responsible for its own services, representations and agreements. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts a consumer right, remedy or privacy right that applicable law protects.

California law applies to use of this California referral service to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class, small-claims or statutory consumer remedies. If an issue arises, contact us so we can review it. We may update these terms prospectively and publish a new effective date; a change does not retroactively alter an existing agreement without any notice or consent required by law.
